David is the Managing Director. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1994, following which he became a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1996. With over 35 years’ experience advising owner-managed businesses in accountancy and tax matters, he works hard to ensure the highest standard of service at DTL, which he set up in 2002.

Sara joined the firm in 2004 and works closely with a number of key rapid-growth clients, with particular expertise in the childcare sector and the construction industry. Sara qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1994 and has a wealth of accounting experience.

Tracey qualified as Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1995, following which she worked in industry for a number of years. Joining us in 2005, she works with a range of clients from sole traders to a number of companies operating multinationally, all of whom benefit from her very practical commercial background

Nicky joined the team in 2008, to give additional accounting, self-assessment and payroll support to the firm's clients. Nicky has over 20 years of experience working in various accounts and office environments. With her strong organisational skills, she also plays a key role in running the firm’s internal processes.
